- Presentation of the Cities Forum's objectives by Christine Boutin, Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs

- Speech by Dr E. Lütke Dalrup, State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Affairs.

- Speech by Danuta Hübner, European Commissioner for Regional Policy

- Debate on Integrated urban development with representatives of the primary European institutions and Local Authority associations: European Parliament, Committee of Regions, European Social and Economic Committee, Eurocities, Concil of European Municipalities and Regions and the French Mayors' Association.

Translation and Interpretation

Only one workshop in each session will take place in all six languages of the plenary session. The five others will take place in two languages : French/English.
